There is a way through

By the time a family calls us, they have usually tried everything, and started to believe nothing will ever change. We are here to prove that wrong, and to help your family break the cycle for good.

Meet Matt & Hannah

We have walked in your shoes. Both pairs.

Hannah sat in the chair your loved one will sit in. Her family held an intervention for her in 2013, and it saved her life. Matt fought a severe addiction through his twenties, lost everything including a roof over his head, and found recovery in 2017.

They rebuilt their lives, and the relationships within each of their family systems, over the first few years of their sobriety. After welcoming their daughter, Hunter, in 2022, they opened two sober living homes in the Austin area. During and prior to this time, they were involved in a number of interventions, case management, and family consulting. 2025 brought the birth of their son, Wyatt, and the leap to officially launch G3 Recovery Interventions and Consulting. Matt and Hannah are passionate about breaking the generational tide that often comes with substance use disorder and mental health concerns.

The Reclaim Approach

Three movements.
One family, restored.

The G3 Reclaim Approach is built on proven, evidence-based methods, and on the judgment to choose the right one for your family and your situation. Gather, Guide, Grow. Here is what each one actually means.

01 Gather

You are not alone. Neither are they.

We begin by gathering everyone who loves your person, and the facts that matter. Together we decide how to reach them, and the family becomes a single, steady voice instead of a dozen anxious ones.

  • Confidential family assessment with Matt or Hannah
  • A clear, caring message the family delivers together
  • Every voice prepared, every fear addressed
02 Guide

A plan, a professional, a steady hand.

From the first meeting through treatment placement, we guide every step. The right facility, the logistics, the sober transport, the moment of yes. You will never wonder what happens next, because we will already be doing it.

  • Professionally facilitated intervention, in person or virtual
  • Treatment placement matched to your loved one
  • Safe, supportive sober transport, door to door
03 Grow

Healing that outlives the crisis.

Treatment is a beginning, not an ending. We stay with your family through recovery coaching, family consulting, and the slow, real work of rebuilding trust. This is where the cycle breaks, and where the next generation is protected.

  • Recovery coaching for your loved one
  • Family consulting, boundaries, and communication
  • Check-ins that continue long after treatment

What we do

Every step, covered.

Five services, one continuum. From the first phone call to the years after treatment, your family never has to find the next step alone.

Professional Treatment Navigation

Every center you call says the same thing. Come here.

Treatment Navigation is our independent guidance service for families comparing options. We are not owned by a treatment facility, and we take no referral fees from the programs we recommend. Our only incentive is the right fit.

  • Independent of every program we recommend
  • A vetted network of treatment options, coast to coast
  • Level of care matched to clinical need, budget, and location
  • Guidance from two people in long-term recovery themselves

No mystery, no pressure

What happens when you call

1

A real conversation

You reach Matt or Hannah, not a call center. Tell them what is happening in your own words. They will listen, ask a few questions, and tell you honestly whether an intervention is the right move. Free and completely confidential.

Usually 20 to 30 minutes
2

A plan within days

We assess your family’s situation, prepare every participant, select the right treatment options in advance, and set the timing. You will know exactly what the process costs and exactly what is included before anything begins.

Transparent scope and pricing, in writing
3

We do not leave

Through the intervention, the drive to treatment, and the months that follow, G3 stays with your family. Coaching, consulting, and check-ins continue long after the crisis has passed, because that is when the real rebuilding happens.

Support that outlasts the intervention

Answers, honestly

The questions every family asks first.

What happens on the first call?

You reach Matt or Hannah directly, not a call center. The first conversation is free and completely confidential, usually 20 to 30 minutes. They will listen, ask a few questions, and tell you honestly whether an intervention is the right move, even if the answer is that it is not the right step right now.

What if my loved one refuses help?

Refusal is the most common starting point, and the process is built for it. The work begins with the family first. In published research, 67% of treatment-resistant individuals entered care when their families were coached and supported through the process.

Do you only work in Texas?

No. We are based in Austin and work with families nationwide. Interventions are facilitated in person or virtually, and the treatment options we recommend are vetted programs across the country, matched to your family’s situation.

Are you tied to a treatment center?

No. G3 is independent. We are not owned by a treatment facility and we do not accept referral fees from the programs we recommend. Our recommendations are based only on fit: clinical need, budget, and geography. That independence is the foundation of our Treatment Navigation service.

How much does an intervention cost?

Every family’s situation is different, so we set out scope and pricing transparently, in writing, before anything begins. The first call is free, and you will know exactly what the process costs and what is included before you commit to anything.

Do you handle mental health crises, or only substance use?

Both. We facilitate professionally guided interventions for substance use and mental health crises. Matt is a certified interventionist for substance use and mental health, and the approach is always matched to the situation in front of us.

There is hope for your family, too

You don’t have to do this alone.

One confidential call. No obligation, no judgment, and two people on the other end who have been exactly where your family is standing right now.
