What We Do

Help that does not stop at the door.

From the first call through long-term recovery, G3 offers a connected set of services designed to move your family forward, and keep it moving.

How it fits together

One family, one team, every step.

We start where you are

Whether the person you love is ready to talk or refuses to acknowledge there is a problem, we meet your family at that exact point and build from there.

We hold the hard moments

The family meeting, the handoff to treatment, the long drive there. These are the moments families dread most, and the ones we are trained to carry.

We stay after the crisis

Treatment is a beginning, not an ending. Our consulting and coaching keep your family supported through the slow, real work of recovery.

We keep it transparent

Clear scope, clear pricing, in writing, from the start. In the most uncertain time of your life, you will always know exactly where you stand with us.

Our method, matched to you

Trained in the ARISE Intervention model.

Some families are best served by an invitational approach, where the person you love is included from the very first conversation, with no surprises and no secrets. Others need something more direct. G3 is trained in the ARISE Intervention model so we can offer the invitational path when it fits, and choose a different approach when it does not.

What ARISE is

ARISE stands for A Relational Intervention Sequence of Engagement, developed by James Garrett and Dr. Judith Landau. It mobilizes the whole family network to invite a loved one toward treatment through respect and connection, rather than a surprise confrontation.

Invitational by design

In an ARISE process there are no secrets. The person struggling knows their family is reaching out and is invited to take part. Published work on the model reports that most families engage their loved one in treatment across its levels of care.

When it fits, and when it does not

The invitational model works well when a loved one is reachable and safety allows an open process. When there is acute risk, or when an open invitation would not be safe or effective, a more private approach may be the right call. We assess your situation first, then recommend.

One decision, made together

Whether your family needs an invitational or a more direct intervention is not something you have to figure out alone. That judgment is part of what the first call is for, and it is what we are trained to guide.
