Professional Treatment Navigation · A G3 Service
The right treatment exists. Finding it is our job.
If you have already called treatment centers, you have noticed something. Every one of them thinks your loved one belongs with them. We are the ones with no reason to say that. G3 is independent, we take no referral fees, and we help your family choose from vetted options across the country.
Why families get lost
Choosing treatment is a high-stakes decision made at the worst possible time.
Every admissions line is a sales line
The person answering the phone at a treatment center is often paid to fill beds. Their answer to “is this the right place?” is always yes. That is not guidance. That is marketing.
Glossy websites all look the same
From the outside, a great program and a mediocre one are nearly indistinguishable. The differences that matter, clinical depth, staff quality, real aftercare, do not show up in the photos.
The clock is running
Families make this decision in days, under fear and pressure, usually for the first time in their lives. It is the worst possible setting for a six-figure healthcare choice.
We are paid by families, never by facilities. Our only incentive is the right fit.
No ownership stakes in the programs we recommend. No referral fees. No beds to fill. When we tell you a program is right for your loved one, it is because we believe it, not because we profit from it.
Vetted, nationwide
Based in Austin. Working everywhere.
Families sometimes assume we only place locally. The opposite is true. We maintain a vetted network of treatment programs across the country, built over years of working directly with them, and we match your family to the best realistic option, wherever it is.
How navigation works
A shortlist you can trust, with honest reasons behind it.
First, we listen. A confidential conversation about your loved one, the substance use or mental health crisis, the treatment history, the insurance picture, and what your family can realistically sustain.
Then we map your options. Instead of thirty open browser tabs, you get a short list of vetted programs matched to clinical need, budget, and geography, with the honest pros and cons of each. We tell you what we would do if it were our family.
Then you choose, and we handle the rest. Admissions, logistics, timing, sober transport if it is needed, and family preparation for what comes next. You are never handed a phone number and wished luck.
Rather just talk?
Skip the form. Call us.
The questionnaire helps, but it is never required. One confidential call, and two people on the other end who have been exactly where your family is standing.
